March 19-21: Winegrowers of Georgia Spring Wine Highway Weekend. Purchase a $20 pass and visit nine North Georgia wineries. For the special weekend only, Tiger Mountain offers barrel tastings of the ‘08 Cabernet Franc and discounts on purchases of the award winning ‘06 Cabernet Franc. Hours: 1 to 5 p.m., Friday; 11a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday; 1 to 5 p.m., Sunday. Artisan cheeses and breads – drawing for an embossed three-bottle wood box of estate wines.
